Demetrios Manoukas
Demetrios Manoukas has graduated from the Law School of the Aristotle University, Thessaloniki as well as the Department of Social & Political Sciences of Panteion University. In addition, he had attended Postgraduate Lessons in Business Management of the Athens University of Economics. He is a member of the Athens Bar Association and speaks English.
His expertise focuses mainly on extraordinary settlement of issues as well as settlement of issues at Court, issues of private insurance law (general insurance and credit insurance), companies law, commercial representation and distribution, property law, bankruptcy law, claims recovery, compulsory execution, commercial contracts and European Procedure Law. Monika Freude has graduated from the Law School of the University of Athens. She has also studies French literature and Political Sciences at the Universities of Münster and Osnabrück, Germany. She has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1990 and she speaks German (mother tongue), English, French and Spanish.
She has an expertise mainly at issues of commercial and civil law, bankruptcy law, private insurance law, claims recovery, compulsory execution, commercial representation and distribution, family law, European Procedure Law and support in international transactions and commercial contracts.
Vassilia Skoutari
Vassilia Skoutari has graduated from the Law School of the University of Athens and has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1991. She speaks English, French, Spanish and Italian.
She has an expertise mainly at issues of civil, commercial, private insurance and bankruptcy law, compulsory execution, securities law, issues of family or inheritance law, registration of industrial and commercial trade marks, lease contracts, property ownership deeds controls and criminal law.
